Cleanse me

I went running the other day. That rain storm was only second to that horrible thing when I was in Budapest in August, when sadly four people died. Noone died in London, thank God, but it was quite something. And yet, somehow I really didn't mind. It is quite a cleansing experience to go running in the rain, I find - and not only physically. Plus, your shoes look like new afterwards!
